Opened or used trading cards, board games, or accessories are not eligible for return.
Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item

Shipping Your Return:

Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
